COVID-19 Clause: In the event of a clinic cancellation due to COVID-19, we understand the impact it may have on our participants. The refund amount will be determined based on the specific expenses and will be communicated to participants in such cases.

-
Cancellations made before 11:59 PM on May 30 will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
-
Cancellations made on or after June 1, but before July 1, will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
-

Injury During Clinic: If a camper sustains an injury while attending a clinic, we understand the need for flexibility. To receive a refund, a proper doctor's note must be provided during or within one week following the camp. The refund will be a pro-rated amount of the clinic cost, minus the time spent in the clinic.
Voluntary Withdrawal/Dismissal: For athletes who voluntarily withdraw from or are dismissed from a clinic, no refunds of any kind will be issued. Examples of voluntary withdrawal include, but are not limited to, homesickness, doctor's appointments, birthday parties, and school functions.
No-Show Policy: If you register your child for a clinic and they do not attend without prior cancellation, no refunds or credits will be provided. To cancel attendance, all requests must be submitted in writing via email. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been received.
Code of Conduct and Dismissal: Clinic dismissal can occur for any violation of the athlete's code of conduct. Participants are expected to adhere to the established guidelines and behave in a respectful manner. Dismissal from the clinic due to a code of conduct violation will result in no refunds or credits.
T-Shirt Sizes: Please note that for registrations received after July 1, 2024, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific T-shirt sizes.
Clinics on the Campus of Smith College: Clinics held on the campus of Smith College are considered skill clinics/recruiting ID clinics. Please be aware of the unique nature and purpose of these clinics, as they may have specific expectations or requirements for participants.
